Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Blow Injection Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining blow molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic products, ensuring compliance with GMP standards in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate blow molding machines according to specifications
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and adherence to GMP standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Assist with the design and implementation of new processes to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with the quality control team to conduct inspections and tests on finished products
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing processes is a plus
- Proven experience in blow molding, injection molding, or related fields
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and practices in the food and beverage industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
