Our establishment operates within a single-family home environment, promoting a warm and supportive atmosphere for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility.

- Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain proper licensing.

- Develop and implement individualized care plans that enhance residents' quality of life.

- Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and evaluation.

- Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

- Promote health and well-being by coordinating activities and programs for residents.

- Serve as a key point of contact for residents’ families and healthcare providers.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid Assisted Living Director Certification (LALD) and relevant licensure.

- Experienced in senior care, supervision, and management.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff.
