As a CRM Engineer at BlackStone eIT, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions for our clients, while providing technical expertise and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM needs and develop solutions that align with their business goals.
- Design and develop CRM applications, workflows, and integrations, utilizing industry best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions.
- Conduct regular code reviews and performance optimizations to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in end-to-end solution implementation, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CRM Dynamics 365, with a focus on CRM solution design and development.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM.
- Proficiency in CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
- Experience with CRM workflows, data migration, and system integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.
- Certification in CRM platforms is preferred.
