The Position: We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician. The pay range we’re offering is $21-$25/hr. DOE

Preferred Qualifications:

6 Months experience
CPO, EPA, Boiler, or other Certifications (Preferred)
Basic Hand Tools (Required)
Outgoing, self-motivated, and highly reliable
Ability to problem solve and work with minimal supervision
Great Customer Service Skills

Potential Responsibilities:

Prepare or complete service requests in a timely manner and
Inspect Grounds and common areas
Troubleshoot repair issues
Make readies - Prepare and fulfill move in checklists
Install locks
Perform preventative maintenance in building and or/ apartments including, but not limited to heating, and air conditioning systems, plumbing fixtures, sprinkler system, smoke detector, and fire extinguishers
