Position Summary
The Retail Manager (RM) is responsible for overseeing all operations of a retail, bakery, and coffee space, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and operational efficiency. This role involves managing staff, inventory, merchandising, and financial performance while maintaining brand standards and fostering a welcoming environment. The General Manager is also responsible for promoting the values and culture of Noble Food & Pursuits. This position is very "hands on" and you will need to be functional in all positions and aspects of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide incredible customer service to guests
- Manage employees and controllable costs, analyze P&Ls
- Complete guest transactions on POS system
- Stock and display all items.
- Keep store clean and organized
- Complete store opening/closing duties
- Conduct weekly inventory
- Hiring, training and coaching of staff
Requirements:
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Hard-working, willing to learn and proactive
- Must be able to lift over 35 lbs. and stand on feet throughout the shift
- 4+ years of General Manager/Restaurant Management experience
- 5 day/ 50+ hour work week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
