Job DescriptionRole Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Web Developer to lead and execute web development initiatives across multiple projects. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, produce design documentation, develop and test code, and deploy solutions to testing environments. The role reports to the Technology Manager and requires adherence to established development standards and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

Actively participate in web development projects from requirements through deployment.

Collaborate with account and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and prepare design documentation.

Develop, test (unit and system), and document code and processes in accordance with development standards.

Deploy code to testing environments and support release activities.

Follow established development methodologies and internal procedures.

Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Account Management, and internal IT teams as needed.

Complete assignments and technical deliverables as directed by the Technology Manager.
Required Qualifications
-
5–8 years of professional web development experience.

Proficiency with ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, JavaScript, ASP, HTML, XML technologies, IIS, and MS SQL Server (2000/2005/2008).

Experience using Visual Studio (2005 or later).

Experience with web design principles.

Knowledge of content management systems (CMS).

Understanding of Internet, Intranet, and e-commerce systems, including content update processes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Work Model
-
Base salary: $120,000 – $130,000 annually.

Direct hire, full-time position.
-
Onsite role based in Rochester Hills, MI.
