Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Coordinate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

Monitor and report on patient care and nursing operations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:

2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role or a related field

BA degree in Nursing or a related field

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Strong patient advocacy and customer service skills
