In this role, you’ll take on a wide range of maintenance tasks—from basic repairs to equipment upkeep—and contribute directly to the camper experience. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments and vendors, support supply inventory, and help ensure our property is always in great shape.

What You'll Do

• Perform general maintenance and light repair work across camp facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, pools, lighting, appliances, furniture, and painting
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep camp running safely and efficiently
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean and safe working condition
• Accurately complete records of maintenance work, including timesheets and logs
• Assist with inventory tracking and ordering of maintenance supplies
• Generate and complete work orders and support various property-related functions
• Follow all safety guidelines and use proper precautions with tools and equipment
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and timely repairs
• Support special projects and help with other duties as needed to keep camp in top condition

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in general repair or maintenance (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including occasional weekends if needed
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, and bending for extended periods
• Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety labels and complete reports

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Excel proficiency is a plus
• Valid driver’s license (required for any role using camp vehicles)
