This assignment runs from August 10, 2026, to May 21, 2027. Working Monday through Friday, you will enjoy set hours from 7:15am to 2:45pm, providing stability and a healthy work-life balance. With a dedicated caseload in early childhood grades, you’ll collaborate with staff to implement individualized education plans and create a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child’s growth is celebrated.
Qualifications:
- Active Special Education Teaching license in South Carolina (required)
- Experience supporting early childhood or elementary caseloads, ideally grades PreK or Kindergarten
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for creating a positive, engaging learning environment for young learners
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to students in grades 3K and 4K, adapting materials to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with instructional teams, therapists, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records and assess student achievement
