Continuous Improvement Manager | DeWitt, MI
Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Lead Kaizen events and other lean manufacturing workshops to drive process optimization.
- Mentor and train employees at all levels on lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analyze manufacturing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Establish and maintain a robust system for tracking and reporting on the progress and impact of improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of continuous improvement efforts with overall business objectives.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and waste reduction throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing CI initiatives, delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
