Location: Aurora, CO
Pay: $35.50/hr
Schedule: Must be available for days, nights, weekends, holidays (24/7 operation)

We’re gearing up to open a brand‑new, highly automated production and distribution center—and we’re looking for skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to help bring it online.
This is a rare opportunity to work hands‑on with advanced robotics, high‑speed conveyor systems, and cutting‑edge automation technology in a rapidly growing environment.
As part of a true 24/7 operation, you will play a critical role in maximizing uptime, minimizing disruptions, and ensuring smooth production performance.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, robotic, pneumatic, and conveyor‑based systems
- Complete maintenance tasks to ensure maximum uptime during peak production periods
- Install, calibrate, and optimize automated packaging and distribution equipment
- Provide technical guidance to junior and less‑experienced technicians
- Support continuous, reliable operations in a high‑volume, fast‑paced facility
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years Industrial Maintenance experience
- 2+ years working with automated conveyors, robotics, MHE, or industrial automation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work all required shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms
- Strong experience in preventative maintenance
- Hands‑on experience with conveyor or advanced automation systems
- Solid electrical & mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- Working knowledge of controls, safety procedures, and risk mitigation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
