This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be working on equipment daily—not sitting behind a screen.

\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nHands-On Maintenance & Repairs (Primary Focus)\n

    \n
  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real time
  • \n

  • Work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and controls
  • \n

  • Troubleshoot problems quickly and get sites back up and running
  • \n

  • Handle everything from small fixes to larger system repairs
  • \n

\nPreventative Maintenance\n

    \n
  • Perform routine service to keep equipment running smoothly
  • \n

  • Catch issues before they turn into downtime
  • \n

  • Follow simple, effective maintenance routines (not overcomplicated checklists)
  • \n

\nTroubleshooting & Problem Solving\n

    \n
  • Identify root causes—not just quick fixes
  • \n

  • Think on your feet when equipment goes down
  • \n

  • Make decisions in the field to keep operations moving
  • \n

\nTeam & Site Support\n

    \n
  • Work closely with site teams to keep everything operational
  • \n

  • Communicate clearly about issues and next steps
  • \n

  • Step in where needed—this is a team-first environment
  • \n

\nWhat This Job Feels Like\n

  • You’re moving most of the day—this is not a sit-down role

  • You’ll work indoors and outdoors, around active equipment
  • \n

  • Some days are smooth. Some days everything breaks at once

\nWhat We’re Looking For\n

    \n
  • Strong mechanical aptitude (you can take things apart and put them back together)
  • \n

  • Basic electrical knowledge (low/high voltage, motor controls is a plus)
  • \n

  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment preferred
  • \n

  • Welding experience is a plus, not required
  • \n

  • Able to troubleshoot under pressure without overthinking it
  • \n

  • Takes ownership—you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • \n
