KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n


\n

Google Ad Grant Sales & Discovery

\n

    \n
  • Meet with nonprofit organizations via video to discuss the Google Ad Grant and PWI's Google Ad Grant management services.
  • \n

  • Explain how eligible nonprofits can receive up to $10,000 per month in Google Ads advertising and how PWI manages and optimizes their campaigns.
  • \n

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand each nonprofit's mission, audience, online presence, and goals.
  • \n

  • Explain how Google Ads for nonprofits can help increase website traffic, awareness, donations, volunteers, and program participation.
  • \n

  • Educate prospective clients on Google Ad Grant eligibility, compliance requirements, campaign management, and PWI's management process.
  • \n

  • Recommend PWI's Google Ad Grant management service based on the organization's needs and guide qualified prospects from initial consultation through enrollment.
  • \n

Sales Pipeline & Follow-Up

\n

    \n
  • Manage an active pipeline of nonprofit sales opportunities using Salesforce.
  • \n

  • Maintain accurate meeting notes, follow-up activities, opportunity stages, and sales forecasts.
  • \n

  • Follow up with prospective clients after meetings and proposals.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with the internal team to transition new clients from sales to Google Ad Grant onboarding and management.
  • \n

QUALIFICATIONS

\n


\n

Required

\n

    \n
  • Full-time, in-office availability in Saint Charles, Illinois.
  • \n

  • 2+ years of customer service, account management, or other client-facing experience.
  • \n

  • 1–2 years of sales, business development, or consultative sales experience.
  • \n

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, and discovery skills.
  • \n

  • Comfortable leading video meetings and sales conversations with nonprofit executives and decision-makers.
  • \n

  • Comfortable learning and explaining digital advertising concepts and technology.
  • \n

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • \n

\n

Preferred

\n

    \n
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
  • \n

  • Experience in Google Ads, paid search, PPC, nonprofit marketing, or digital advertising.
  • \n

  • Experience selling marketing, advertising, software, or technology services.
  • \n

  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
  • \n

  • Familiarity with the Google Ad Grant program, Google Ads for nonprofits, or nonprofit digital advertising.
  • \n

COMPENSATION

\n


\n

$45,000–$50,000 annually, plus commission. Base salary is determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
