Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP State License and current Educator Certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working within a school environment highly preferred
• Ability to manage an elementary caseload independently and adapt to changing needs
• Excellent interpersonal communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students on your caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and re-evaluations as needed
• Provide progress updates and detailed reports, maintaining accurate student records
• Adapt interventions to support a wide range of communication needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
