The property Management administrator will assist in overseeing the day to day operations of multiple commercial properties. This role is responsible for maintaining property, ensuring tenant satisfaction, entering AP and AR, maintenance requests and other administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in multi-property management/administration.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
Enter third party vendors and service providers invoices.
Collaborate with leasing agents or marketing staff to minimize vacancies and maintain high occupancy rates.
Maintain accurate records, leases, and documentation.
Other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in multiple property adminstration.
Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, Builduim, Appfolio)
Understanding of financial managements and reporting.
Excellent communication, and problem solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
