What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage the front desk team, ensuring a smooth and efficient daily flow.
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments, confirming new patients are booked accurately and efficiently.
- Be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Handle all patient communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing and insurance claims.
- Oversee office administration and help maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Maintain open communication with the back office to ensure seamless patient care and flow.
