Join a technology services organization focused on helping businesses manage mobile devices, wireless services, and day-to-day mobility operations. This position supports a collaborative mobility operations environment where customer service, device coordination, accurate data, and consistent follow-through are essential.
The team works across technical assistance, depot operations, carriers, vendors, and customer contacts to keep mobility programs running smoothly. The organization will provide training on internal systems, processes, and customer requirements, giving the selected candidate room to expand their knowledge and gradually take greater ownership of customer communications and operational activities.

- Full-time, 100% onsite position in Cornelius, NC.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Training on internal systems, workflows, and customer-specific mobility programs.
- Opportunity to broaden experience across enterprise mobility, wireless operations, device lifecycle support, reporting, billing analysis, and project coordination.
- Progressive responsibility for routine customer meetings and operational communications as knowledge develops.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Coordinate wireless service requests, device orders, activations, upgrades, replacements, service changes, cancellations, and escalations.
- Track customer commitments and operational action items through completion while identifying delays or missing information.
- Partner with internal technical teams, depot personnel, wireless carriers, vendors, and customers to resolve operational issues.
- Participate in customer meetings, document decisions, and maintain clear follow-up activities.
- Research device and wireless account issues using carrier portals and internal systems.
- Maintain accurate ticket, device, account, inventory, and operational records.
- Support wireless billing reviews, discrepancy research, data validation, reporting, and approved cost-optimization initiatives.
- Create and maintain operating procedures, internal reference materials, and knowledge-base documentation.
- Identify recurring issues and inefficient manual processes and recommend practical improvements.
- Support customer transitions, mobility projects, and special initiatives by tracking milestones, dependencies, and open issues.
Are you an experienced wireless operations professional ready to make an impact?
- Experience within the cellular or wireless industry, including familiarity with mobile devices, carrier services, or wireless account support.
- Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships with customers, colleagues, carriers, and vendors.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to operational and data accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests through completion.
- Initiative, accountability, and willingness to learn new systems and responsibilities.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Practical problem-solving skills and sound judgment regarding when to resolve issues independently versus escalate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to work onsite in Cornelius, NC, Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Experience supporting enterprise mobility accounts, carrier portals, ticketing platforms, device fulfillment, inventory, MDM, wireless billing, or process improvement is preferred.
