JW Zepeda Law Firm, PLLC is expanding, and we are looking for a high-caliber Remote Paralegal who understands the weight of their work and takes pride in precision, integrity, and disciplined follow-through.

We are a growing firm soon to be a national outfit. We do not segregate attorneys and paralegals, as a matter of fact, our office manager is Paralegal.

Position: Remote Paralegal (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Practice Areas You’ll Support:

• Family Law
• Estate Planning and Probate
• Business Law
• Consumer Law and DTPA
• Civil Litigation, including real estate, property disputes, and general trial support

Core Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, motions, orders, and correspondence with accuracy.
• Prepare discovery, organize exhibits, and maintain litigation files.
• Manage calendars, deadlines, hearings, and client communication.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
• Assist attorneys with trial prep, document management, and scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and timely follow-through on all tasks.
• Make sure the attorneys are doing what they are supposed to do.

The Right Candidate Will Have

• At least 4 years of paralegal experience in one or more of the listed areas.
• Strong writing skills and a command of organized, clear drafting.
• Familiarity with Texas practice preferred, but multi-state experience is welcomed.
• Ability to work independently without hand-holding.
• Tech-proficient and comfortable with cloud-based software, case management, and remote communication tools.
• A mindset anchored in excellence, accountability, and respect.
