Job Posting: Part-Time Cleaning Technician
White Mitten Cleaning Services LLC is hiring a part-time Cleaning Technician.
Schedule:
• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 3 hours each day (Start time: 5pm)
• Every other Sunday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Pay:
• $14.50 per hour
Requirements:
• A reliable source of transportation is required.
• A reliable means of communication (phone, email) is required.
Duties Include:
• Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, general cleaning, garbage disposal, etc.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for commercial/medical facilities for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Remove trash and replace liners in all designated areas.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, and windowsills.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored safely and used according to guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
