Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role will collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and support teams to deliver scalable, secure, and automated solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Please Note: The position is remote but will require an initial training period in the office. The individual will reside in the greater NYC metro area and be on call in the office as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
- Establish and enforce platform governance, change management, release management, and configuration standards.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and security while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Evaluate and implement emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including workflow automation and AI-driven features.
- Provide technical leadership and escalation support for critical platform issues.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and administering ServiceNow solutions within large enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and platform customization.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Active Directory, endpoint management platforms, cloud services, and other enterprise technologies.
- Working knowledge of networking, identity management, security principles, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD, or CTA.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with IT service management best practices and digital transformation initiatives.
- Project management experience utilizing Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies.
Education
:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
