Responsibilities
- Build relationships with community leaders, local organizations, colleges, and business professionals to identify potential talent.
- Recruit, interview, and attract individuals interested in meaningful careers in insurance and financial services.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of future insurance professionals across the district.
- Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, and community outreach activities.
- Educate candidates on career opportunities, growth potential, and the impact of serving local families and businesses.
- Partner with district leadership to achieve recruiting and growth objectives.
- Support candidate onboarding and contribute to a positive recruitment experience.
- Promote the organization's mission, values, and commitment to strengthening the communities we serve.
Requirements
- Passion for building relationships and connecting people with meaningful career opportunities.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionals and community members.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, community outreach, leadership, or a related field preferred.
- Comfortable representing the organization at networking events, career fairs, and community engagements.
- Ability to work independently while partnering closely with district leadership.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses preferred. Candidates who are not currently licensed must obtain both licenses prior to starting the role; full licensing support, study resources, and training will be provided.

- Insurance or financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
