Maintenance Technician | Holt, MI
Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Install, test, and commission new production equipment and machinery.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including LOTO procedures, during maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability and efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Proficiency with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Experience with preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix)
- HVAC/Refrigeration certification
- Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience
