Job DescriptionDirect Counsel is seeking a Health Care Transactions Associate to join a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm. This position is open to candidates in Boston, Dallas, Denver, Miami, Milwaukee, Nashville, or Tampa.
The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of transactional experience with a strong focus on health care clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of health care industry stakeholders, including physician practices, telemedicine companies, health care systems, and private equity investors in the health and life sciences sectors.
Key qualifications include:

Experience handling health care transactions with a strong understanding of relevant federal and state regulatory frameworks

Proficiency in drafting sophisticated transactional documents

Ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior attorneys

Strong academic credentials and communication skills

Bar membership in good standing, with the ability to gain admission in the location of hire if not already licensed there

Compensation range: $260,000–$390,000, commensurate with experience and location. A full suite of competitive benefits is also provided.
