Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
Position Summary
Clifty Group LLC is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support civil and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, supporting field operations, and ensuring accurate tracking of costs, schedules, and documentation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of bridging communication between field teams and project management to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers with daily coordination of project activities and field operations
- Track and maintain project schedules, budgets, and job costs
- Assist with cost coding, forecasting, and reporting
- Coordinate and review timecards in collaboration with field teams
- Ensure accurate and timely project documentation and reporting
- Assist with compliance documentation, including contracts, permits, and certifications
- Communicate with field staff, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals
- Identify and help resolve project issues, delays, or discrepancies
- Maintain organized project files and documentation systems
- Assist in procurement coordination and tracking of materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, civil, or utilities industry
- Strong understanding of job costing, scheduling, and project tracking
- Experience with timekeeping, payroll support, or cost tracking systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with project management software is a plus

Work Environment
This is an on-site position. The role requires regular interaction with field teams and may involve supporting active job sites.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience
