Job Description
The Maintenance Manager will oversee all plant maintenance operations in the machine shop. This role involves managing a team of 7 technicians across 3 shifts, 5 days a week, with a focus on talent assessment, management, and development, as well as project planning and management. The manager will be responsible for implementing predictive, preventative, and repair maintenance plans, directly managing CNC equipment maintenance, and ensuring effective asset management.
Responsibilities
- Assess, manage, and develop talent within the maintenance team.
- Plan and manage projects effectively.
- Utilize data analytics to minimize downtime and improve key performance indicators.
- Update and develop key performance indicators.
- Plan and implement effective asset management strategies.
- Oversee predictive, preventative, and repair maintenance plans.
- Direct responsibility for the repair and preventative maintenance of all plant CNC equipment.
- Maintain and utilize the CMMS (eMaint).
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance management experience, preferably in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, and machine shop environment.
- Experience in project management, including new machinery installations and efficiency projects related to machine downtime.
- Proven track record in people management, including evaluating, managing, and developing skilled talent.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Experience with CMMS (eMaint).

Work Environment
The role is primarily day shift, starting at 6 am, with the requirement for off-shift coverage and weekends for projects. The work environment is a machine shop setting, characterized as hot, dirty, and loud, with various CNC assets including horizontal and vertical mills and lathes.

This is a Permanent position based out of Wrightsville, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
