Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Technician ISC Level 2 to support manufacturing operations involving complex aerospace components. This role focuses on balancing parts, operating production equipment, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring components meet required specifications and tolerances.

Candidates with a strong mechanical background and blueprint-reading skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Operate balancing and production equipment used for complex aerospace components.
Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Use precision measuring instruments to verify component dimensions and specifications.
Work with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges.
Follow manufacturing procedures, technical guidelines, and quality requirements.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling and inspecting components.
Follow workplace safety procedures and production standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Approximately 2–4 years of relevant mechanical, manufacturing, machining, assembly, or inspection experience.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and engineering drawings.
Familiarity with precision measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers.
Basic understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods and use a computer as needed.
Willingness to learn balancing operations and follow established procedures.
Must meet the applicable US Person eligibility requirements for this position.
