Position: Unit-Based Clinical Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

• Perform medication order entry and verification, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness.
• Review medication profiles and provide clinical services tailored to the patient population.
• Deliver drug information and participate in multi-disciplinary team rounds aligned with practice area needs.
• Monitor drug therapy and manage pharmacist consults according to established protocols.
• Engage in acute patient scenarios, including cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, trauma, and other emergency critical care situations.

• Proven clinical pharmacist background with experience or strong interest in emergency and critical care settings.
• Proficiency in medication management and clinical decision-making.
