What You’ll Do:
- Drive Market Share: Use our local dominance to consult with buyers and sellers in high-demand OH/IN neighborhoods.
- Lead Conversion: Turn our steady stream of high-quality prospects into closed transactions using our integrated CRM.
- Relationship Management: Act as a local market expert, guiding clients through the complexities of the Cincinnati real estate landscape.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License (Mandatory).
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You treat your business like a business.
- Tech-Fluent: Comfortable using modern CRM and lead-gen tools to stay organized and responsive.
- Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky / SE Indiana communities.
Income Potential:
- $85,000.00 - $175,000.00+ per year (Commission Based)
- High-split and 100% commission options available.
