Are you patient, compassionate, and enjoy helping others reach their goals? Join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful difference in the life of an individual in their home and community.

In this role, you’ll provide personalized support with daily living activities, community engagement, and personal care as needed. You’ll also help the individual develop communication skills, practice self-regulation, and participate in activities that promote independence and confidence.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing encouragement, and making a positive impact one-on-one. (MN)

Schedule: 3–5 days per week, after-school hours or weekend afternoons
Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Mileage reimbursement is available for approved work-related travel.

• Valid driver’s license
• At least 100,000/300,000 Liability auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation
