George Mauricio Agency is an established, high-performing Farmers Insurance agency with a long history of serving customers throughout the Central Valley. We are one of the largest and busiest Farmers Insurance agencies in Northern California, and we are continuing to grow.

We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume environment, takes ownership of their work, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
\n
Spanish/English bilingual ability is highly preferred.
Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Manage and service an assigned book of personal lines customers
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, renewals, and service requests
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Review policies and identify additional coverage needs
- Assist with customer retention and account-rounding opportunities
- Follow up on outstanding customer requests and ensure issues are resolved
- Work closely with producers, account managers, and other agency team members
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Work efficiently across multiple agency and carrier systems
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active California P&C or Personal Lines license required
- Insurance industry experience required
- Personal lines experience strongly preferred
- Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong team player who works well with others
- Strong typing skills — 40+ WPM preferred
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits\n

- $50,000-$80,000 year one, based on experience and qualifications and performance
