Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking experienced Paralegals for our client’s firm in the Dadeland office. The ideal candidates will bring 5+ years of experience handling matters in both federal and state courts, with exposure to maritime law highly preferred.
This role is heavily focused on medical chronology work, which comprises approximately 98% of the caseload. Candidates must be highly detail-oriented and comfortable analyzing, organizing, and summarizing extensive medical records.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage detailed medical chronologies and summaries

Review, analyze, and organize large volumes of medical records

Assist attorneys with case preparation for federal and state litigation matters

Edit and refine AI-generated medical chronologies for accuracy and completeness (strongly preferred)

Maintain case files and support overall litigation workflow
Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of paralegal experience in litigation

Experience with federal and state court procedures

Background in maritime law is a plus

Strong experience with medical records review and chronology preparation

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently
Compensation & Structure:

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
