As a Front Desk Attendant at Kelly Inn, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest has a memorable stay by providing top-notch Customer Service Orientated at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Answer phones and assist with inquiries
  • Handle reservations and cancellations
  • Provide information about the hotel and local area

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and Customer Service Orientated. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make each guest feel valued and appreciated.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Customer Service Orientated experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance

Part-time Position:

  • Guaranteed 16 hours per week
  • More may be available as business increases
