Hawker 800XP Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Department: Aviation Maintenance
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Hawker 800XP Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage all maintenance activities for a privately owned Hawker 800XP aircraft based in a hangar in Madison, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will ensure the aircraft remains in peak operational condition by coordinating and performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA
regulations and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the Hawker 800XP.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs with internal and external service providers.
- Maintain accurate aircraft records in compliance with FAA regulations.
- Ensure all maintenance work is performed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Work closely with flight operations and management to ensure aircraft availability and airworthiness.
- Monitor parts inventory and procure necessary materials and equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (AP) Certificate – required.
- Experience with Hawker aircraft, specifically the 800XP model – required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant aviation maintenance experience.
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed for aircraft readiness.
