Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Vape Retail Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide excellent customer service, assist customers with product selection, and handle daily cashier duties. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently (cash, card, POS system)
• Assist customers with vape products, accessories, and general product questions
• Verify customer age and comply with all local and state regulations
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness
• Handle opening and closing duties as assigned
• Stay up to date on new products and promotions
• Follow store policies, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
• Must be of legal age, 18+ to work in a vape/tobacco retail environment
• Previous retail or cashier experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
Schedule & Availability
• Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
• Ideally working around 30 hours weekly
