We're looking for an exceptional Licensed Esthetician who wants to grow beyond the treatment room!
Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a unique professional who can seamlessly blend esthetic expertise with sales leadership and team management. This is the perfect role for an experienced esthetician who enjoys client interaction but doesn't want to be confined to 1-on-1 treatments all day, every day.

- 50% Leadership & Sales: Lead our sales team, manage daily operations, and drive revenue growth
- 30% Client Interaction: Perform esthetic consultations, Neveskin treatments, and build your client base
- 20% Team Development: Train staff, participate in community events, and grow our wellness community

Your Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Manage a team of Sales Representatives, Nurses, and Estheticians
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and 5-star service
- Educate clients about Restore's comprehensive wellness services
- Drive sales through consultative selling and team leadership
- Assist with marketing development and implementation
- Participate in local health and fitness events
Esthetic Services:
- Perform consultations and administer Neveskin and other esthetic treatments
- Build and maintain your own client base
- Cross-sell wellness modalities that enhance esthetic services
- Maintain treatment areas and equipment
- Educate clients on products and services that support their goals
Required Qualifications:
- Current state Esthetician license (required)
- Passion for sales and proven track record preferred
- Experience or certification in Neveskin equipment (preferred but not required)
- Leadership experience or strong desire to develop management skills
- HydraFacial certification (preferred, not required)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
- High ethics and integrity
- Comfortable in a retail/sales environment

Store Hours: Monday-Friday: 10:00am-6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm Sunday: 11:00am-5:00pm (Weekend availability required)
