THE GILL MONTAGUE REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IS HIRING FACILITIES DIRECTOR Full-time, 12 months, 40 hours/week $80,000-$100,000/year SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: O Lead and oversee the district's Facilities Department, supervising and evaluating all maintenance and custodial staff. O Develop and manage maintenance, custodial, and capital improvement budgets and ensure cost-effective operations. O Act as the expert for all automated building systems, including energy management and boiler controls. O Ensure complete compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations. O Maintain effective and timely communication with school, district, and community stakeholders. O General contractor's license preferred.
