POSITION SUMMARY
Oversees and drives operational excellence, service delivery, and quality performance across Tekgo
customer engagements. Responsible for ensuring customer expectations are consistently met through
proactive operational management, effective communication, and adherence to contractual obligations.
Serves as a key liaison between customer leadership, field staff, and Tekgo leadership teams to support
successful service execution and customer satisfaction.
Provides on-site operational support, coaching, training, and performance oversight to ensure alignment
with customer requirements and company standards. Ensures all operational processes, quality initiatives,
and compliance activities are executed in accordance with applicable regulatory and accreditation
standards, including those established by the Department of Health, The Joint Commission (TJC), DNV,
OSHA, CDC, AAMI, and AORN.
This role requires extensive travel and the ability to support customer locations nationwide. 100% domestic travel is required.
DUTIES
LEADERSHIP
· Ability to develop and manage an engaged team to provide excellent day-to-day service that
meets the Customer's needs and contractual obligations.
· Routinely collaborates and communicates with the Customer and Tekgo leadership to
ensure expectations are defined, achievable and properly communicated to the Customer.
· Focused on continuous improvement and possesses the ability to engage and coach.
· Interviews, hires, assists with training, coaches and disciplines employees to meet company
objectives and Customer requirements.
· Possesses the ability to build and maintain a culture of Employee Engagement and
Retention through regular communication and on-going training.
· Utilize staffing tools and communicates to Customer the appropriate staff mix and properly
aligns staff with fluctuating demand.
CUSTOMERS
· Ensures delivery of Customer Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and conducts regularly
scheduled meetings with Customer(s) to review quality metrics and project plans.
· Maintains professional relationships with all Customer departments to ensure effective and
efficient support to the Customer as it relates to the scope of the contract including the ability
to manage expectations with the scope of work.
· Resolves Customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
· Executes the implementation plan weekly to ensure target dates are met and barriers
identified.
· Demonstrates an understanding of the contract(s) and supports with educating and training
Customer leadership in all aspects of contracted services.
DUTIES
OPERATIONS/PROCESSES
· Demonstrates an understanding of the Tekgo standard processes and possesses the ability
to implement and hold the team accountable through leadership routines.
· Ensures proper operational processes are followed by all members of the Tekgo team in
conjunction with the Department of Health JC, OSHA, CDC, AAMI, AORN standards and
facilities goals and policies.
· Ensures accuracy and completeness of all administrative documents and functions (time
records, count sheets, inventories, billing, etc.) required by the Customer and Tekgo.
· Manages an operating budget for Tekgo and understands that all decisions can have a
financial impact and manages within the budget.
· Identifies areas of deficiencies and creates Corrective Action Plans to manage improvement.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

High School Diploma or GED Master's Degree
Vocational/Technical Doctorate
Associate's Degree Post Doctorate
Bachelor's Degree Professional Certification
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Note: Typically two (2) years of experience are required for each year of a degree program. If applicable, indicate years of relative
experience with degree and without degree.
Years of experience accepted in lieu of degree and type: 6 years of SPD experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
Years of experience with degree indicated above and type: 1+ years leadership experience in SPD or related field.

1. Bachelor's degree and 1+ years leadership experience in SPD or related field, or High School Diploma and
2. 6 years of SPD experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
3. Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. (4+ Years)
4. Must have experience in process management and quality control. (1+ Year)
5. Active certification in sterile processing/central sterile via CBSPD or HSPA required.
6. Must maintain valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and be available to operate a vehicle as needed to meet
travel requirements.
7. Must be able to travel across the US and meet applicable Customer credentialing requirements.
