Job Description

Miller County Board for Services for the Developmentally Disabled (MCBSDD) in Osage Beach, MO is looking for professionals who are interested in joining our mission in bridging gaps and creating opportunities for individuals.

MCBSDD is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Support Coordinator. Support Coordinators work collaboratively with individuals who have disabilities, their families, and other professional team members to develop and implement person-centered support plans based on individual goals and preferences. Support Coordinators connect individuals and families with resources and services in the community and then monitor the effectiveness of those supports in helping individuals meet their needs and achieve personal goals.

Minimum qualifications: a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or licensed registered nurse. Professional experience working with individuals with disabilities or in case management preferred but not required. Salary commensurate with experience, with a minimum starting salary of $47,500.
