Job Description

Job DescriptionTired of last minute schedule changes, silence from the office, and being thrown into cases with no handoff?

You are not alone. Caregivers don't stop caring just because they've experienced poor communication, unpredictable scheduling, or inadequate support. But those frustrations can make meaningful work unnecessarily difficult.

At Experience Professional Care Solutions in Bozeman, Montana, experience is the solution. We are a nurse-owned, nurse-led home care agency. We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston. We build our team around caregivers who want consistency, respect, and room to grow.

If you became a caregiver because helping people genuinely matters to you, you will fit here. We believe this work is about preserving dignity, supporting independence, and finding small moments of joy in hard situations. You are not just providing hands-on care. You are helping families stay families, so a daughter can go back to being a daughter and a son can go back to being a son.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers and mobility support

  • Companion care, conversation, and community outings

  • Medication reminders

  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Dementia and Alzheimer's care, Parkinson's care, and end of life support, depending on the client

  • Clear, timely documentation and communication with our Intake & Care Coordinator

Clients are adults ages 18+ and range from short term recovery after a hospital stay through long term and end of life care.

What You Can Expect Here

  • Structured scheduling with defined expectations

  • Clear communication and a proper handoff & training around assignments

  • Support from leadership, not silence

  • Appreciation for doing the job the right way

  • A real path to grow beyond a single role

"By far the best employer I've ever had. Caregivers are treated with value, thoroughly trained, and supported every step of the way." - Bailey T., Experience Caregiver

Consistent, Structured Scheduling

  • We schedule around defined shift blocks: 8 AM–12 PM, 9 AM–3 PM, 1 PM–5 PM, 5 PM–9 PM, and awake overnight 9 PM–7 AM

  • Caregivers are scheduled based on their submitted availability and client needs

  • Priority scheduling and preferred client consideration may be available based on performance and experience

Respect and Appreciation

  • Caregiver of the Month and Caregiver of the Year recognition

  • A culture that values professionalism and accountability

  • Leadership that knows your name and has your back

Real Support From Day One

  • Active, involved management you can actually reach

  • Supervisors who set up a warm handoff for every case

  • Training and mentorship from licensed CNA's and RNs

  • Hands-on support so you are never left guessing

Compensation and Benefits

  • $23-$26/hr base rate, depending on experience and certifications

  • Overnights, weekends and some short-notice shifts qualify for Premium Pay (+$3/hr)

  • Same day pay option through TapCheck

  • Performance and tenure based raises

  • Mileage reimbursement

  • Paid travel time between clients

  • License reimbursement

  • Uniforms and PPE provided

  • Paid orientation with live skills demonstrations

  • Ongoing online training with access to over 9,000 courses

  • HealthiestYou telehealth (35+ hours per week)

  • Birthday paid time off (35+ hours per week)

Growth That's Actually Written Down

This is not a dead end role. Every caregiver starts as a Care Provider, with a defined path to advance to Care Professional, Care Lead, and Care Coordinator. Advancement is earned through reliability, competency, communication, training, and consistent performance.

Referral Program

Refer a caregiver and earn $1 for every hour they work, for their full first year, not just their first 90 days. One referral working 40 hours a week is about $2,080 to you.

Who Thrives Here

  • Caregivers who take pride in dependable, high-quality work

  • Professionals who show up prepared and communicate promptly

  • People who accept feedback and want to keep improving

  • Caregivers who follow care plans, policies, and professional standards

  • People who genuinely engage clients and support their independence

  • Team members who take ownership and follow through on commitments

  • People who understand that showing up matters. Clients depend on us, so reliable attendance and prompt communication are part of professional care. No-call/no-shows don't meet our standard.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

  • Ability to pass a background check
