Job Summary
\n
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with forklift certification to support daily warehouse operations at our distribution center in East Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will assist with order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory management, loading and unloading, and other warehouse activities to ensure efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily and weekly order picking and fulfillment activities.
- Load and unload trucks and incoming shipments.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and deliveries.
- Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist with warehouse projects, including repacking and material handling.
- Load and unload bicycles at temporary warehouse locations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Support daily warehouse operations and fulfillment goals.

Required Qualifications
\n

- Valid forklift certification is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow warehouse safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
\n

- Experience with Oracle or Refgen systems is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in distribution, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
