<p>ALittle Tea is currently seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our store.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise team of restaurant workers</li>
<li>Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency</li>
<li>Order and control store inventory</li>
<li>Train and evaluate employees</li>
<li>Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting</li>
<li>Resolve escalated customer complaints</li>
</ul>
<p>​<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 5 years of manager experience in Coffee Shop or Milk Tea Stores</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demanding customers</li>
<li>Excellent written and communication skills</li>
<li>Fluent in both English and Chinese</li>
<li>Strong coaching qualities</li>
