Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Line Cook to support the Grill, Sauté, and Fry stations in a casual dining, Peruvian Latin kitchen. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager during service, this role will prepare menu items by following established recipes while maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, food safety, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients for Grill, Sauté, and Fry stations.
Cook and plate menu items according to established recipes.
Monitor and maintain proper food temperatures.
Adhere to recipe specifications and portion standards.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and work station.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of line cooking experience.
Strong knife skills and food preparation experience.
Experience with grill and sauté cooking.
Knowledge of food safety practices.
Ability to execute recipes consistently.
Strong teamwork skills.
