We are looking for a high-energy, responsible, and detail-oriented Shift Leader to join our team! As a Shift Leader, you will step into the shoes of the Manager when they are off-site, ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly, our team stays motivated, and our customers get the perfect slice every time.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and motivate team members (cashiers, pizza makers, and drivers) during your shift.
- Customer Excellence: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints quickly, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service and high-quality food.
- Operations Management: Open or close the restaurant according to checklist standards, ensuring the facility is clean, secure, and ready for business.
- Food Quality & Safety: Monitor food prep, portion control, and presentation to ensure everything meets our recipes and health department regulations.
- Financial Accountability: Manage cash drawers, perform safe drops, reconcile shift sales, and accurately input data into the POS system.
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels during your shift, minimize food waste, and report shortages to the General Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a restaurant, fast-food, or hospitality role (pizza restaurant experience is a major plus!).
- Leadership: Proven ability to direct a team, delegate tasks, and stay calm under pressure during peak rush hours.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash/credit transactions accurately.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs (dough trays, flour bags), and work in a hot kitchen environment.
- Certifications: Valid Food Handler’s Card / ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
