We are currently seeking to hire Traveling Leasing Consultants, better known as Occupancy Heroes, to join our team!
We are currently looking for a Traveling Leasing Heroes to travel Nationwide

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Tour and lease apartments
- Respond to potential residents in-person and via digital platforms
- Assist management team with office tasks
- Answer multi-line telephones
- Increase occupancy
- Screening Applications
- Marketing- Door to Door/Online
Qualifications:
- Must have experience working with Tax Credit properties
- Marketing Experience
- Must be available to travel weeks at a time
- Must have experience with affordable housing
- Experience with leasing apartments
- Must be able to travel nationwide
- Must be familiar with Yardi or Onesite
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Communicate well in person and over the telephone
- Must be Reliable, Personable and Honest
- Must be a Fast learner and Sales Driven
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team-based environment
- Ability to adhere to company / customer standards
- Knowledge on how to close a deal!
