Title: Projects Administrator
Overview: The Projects Administrator supports the Project Management team by executing and coordinating administrative, financial, and compliance-related project activities. This role serves as a central administrative liaison between Project Managers, Accounting, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring project documentation, billing support, and compliance items are processed accurately and on time.
This position is execution-focused, operating in a fast-paced commercial landscape development environment with multiple active projects.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage high task volume and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (Project Management, Accounting, Vendors)
- Strong follow-through and ability to close administrative loops
- 2–4 years of experience in construction or project administration (commercial environment preferred)
- Experience supporting multiple active projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with construction documentation, invoicing, and compliance workflows
- Landscape, site development, or civil construction experience preferred but not required
- Systems experience can be trained; adaptability is required
