Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and dependable Shift Lead / Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role is responsible for supporting the General Manager, leading the team during shifts, and ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness, and efficiency standards are consistently executed.This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be expected to lead by example, hold team members accountable, and take ownership of the shift.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations
  • Deliver and enforce high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
  • Coach and support team members to improve performance and consistency
  • Ensure proper staffing, positioning, and shift execution during peak hours
  • Monitor speed of service and take action to maintain efficiency
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Assist with training new team members
  • Support inventory control, prep levels, and waste reduction
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and shift accountability

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  • Ability to lead a team with confidence and professionalism
