Somerset County law firm concentrating in workers’ compensation defense is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with worker’s compensation experience looking to join a collegial, well-established defense firm.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience practicing in New Jersey workers’ compensation courts throughout the state and will be comfortable handling a case load of workers’ compensation defense matters from inception through resolution.

Qualifications
-Demonstrated proficiency in workers’ compensation law
-Strong understanding of legal issues related to workers’ compensation cases
-Experience preparing legal Motions and other court documents
-Exceptional interpersonal, communication and client counseling skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
-Licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey
-Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
-3 years prior experience in workers’ compensation practice is highly desirable

Salary commensurate with experience.
