Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities by coordinating services, managing programs, and fostering relationships with clients and their families. This position requires a compassionate approach, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Track and manage all appliance part orders
Expedite parts and follow up with manufacturers for estimated delivery times (ETAs)
Communicate with vendors and manufacturers regarding order status
Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with inquiries
Update service tickets and maintain accurate records in our system
Coordinate with technicians and service managers to ensure timely service delivery
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care

Skills

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing documentation and reporting.
Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
Proficiency in program development and management to create effective service plans.
Knowledge of budgeting principles to manage program finances effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organization.
Background in social work or related fields is beneficial for understanding client needs.
Excellent relationship management skills to foster trust and collaboration among clients, families, and team members.
Supervisory experience is an asset for overseeing staff performance and development.
Understanding of behavioral health principles to support holistic client care.
