Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Lewis Center, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting technical operations and ensuring smooth hardware and software functionality. Responsibilities:
• Prepare, image, and deploy computer hardware to meet organizational requirements.
• Assist with hardware refresh projects, ensuring timely and accurate replacements.
• Provide Tier 1 support by troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
• Perform data transfers and ensure secure handling of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members to address user concerns and improve IT operations.
• Maintain detailed records of technical activities and support requests.
• Offer guidance on Microsoft technologies to end users as needed.
• Test and verify the functionality of new hardware and software installations.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.• Strong understanding of computer hardware, including imaging and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and related troubleshooting.
• Experience in Tier 1 technical support or similar roles.
• Ability to perform data transfers with attention to security and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to document technical activities effectively.
• Willingness to collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed.
