Our client exclusively is handling divorce and family law matters. The firm provides personalized legal representation in areas including divorce, custody, alimony, domestic violence, and post-judgment disputes. It is known for its client-focused approach, experienced trial attorneys, and multiple award-winning family law practitioners.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of New Jersey family law experience;

Ability to run a case independently from start to finish;

Strong research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills;

Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented;

Strong work ethic and time-management skills; and
-
A team player who also takes ownership of their work.

Handle Family Law matters from inception through resolution;
-
Manage a caseload including divorce, custody, support, domestic violence and post-judgment matters;

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements; and
-
Conduct Court appearances, hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
